How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

How long do I have to return an item for a refund?

You may request a return for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order, as long as the item is unused, in resellable condition, and approved by our support team.

Which items are not eligible for a refund?

Items worn outdoors, showing excessive wear, damaged due to misuse, returned after 30 days, or sent back without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the mainland United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

What shipping methods do you offer and how long does delivery take?

We offer Standard Shipping (10–12 business days) and Express Shipping (6–7 business days). Processing time for all orders is 3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

What should I do if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We work with trusted U.S. carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier is automatically selected based on your location and chosen shipping method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only. You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card without sharing your financial information directly with our website.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure system, using advanced encryption and fraud protection. We do not collect or store your credit card or banking details.

Can I cancel my order or update my address after placing it?

You may request to cancel your order or correct your address within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders may already be processing or shipped and cannot be changed or canceled.
