1. About Our Shipping
Yotez offers a selection of fashion slippers and casual footwear for daily wear and relaxed lifestyles.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Please note the following important shipping limitations:
- We ship only to the mainland United States.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

3. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping partners in the United States, including:

The carrier will be automatically selected based on your location and chosen shipping method.
4. Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 7:00 PM. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
5. Taxes
All prices shown on our website do not include sales tax unless stated otherwise. Sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will work with the carrier to offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
7. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
